We use USPS Priority shipping. Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday)
Express shipping is an expedited service that we offer. We ship our express orders from our Distribution Center in Miami, FL as soon as we receive them.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
**Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled. **
We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS are not available to all countries currently. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note: There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as weather conditions. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 30 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.
We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. All shoes must also be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Camilla’s Collection reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item*. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States or Canada.
Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit.
Helpful Hint: Camilla’s Collection is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Miami, FL. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Camilla’s Collection will not issue store credit for your returns.
